To reset your password, click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login page. Enter your username and click ‘Email Reset Link.’

To find your username, click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login page. Then click the ‘Forgot Username’ link. Enter your first and last name only along with your email address and click ‘Email Reset Link.’

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account which prevents someone from logging in; even if they have access to your password.

Make sure you are going directly to reaganai.com and clicking on the ‘Login to Reagan’ button at top right. Do not use an old password reset link as these become inactive after use.

To update the email address associated with your account, log into ReaganAI, click your name at the top right of the page, and select ‘Account.’ From there, click the ‘Edit’ button to update your email address and/or password. Click ‘Save’ when finished.

There are a few reasons why you might be missing production.

• We are at the carriers’ discretion as to the frequency at which we receive the reports. Some carriers send us data on a daily basis, others send data weekly or monthly.
• Not all of your contracts are under the HFG umbrella.
• If you believe that your case does not fall under the first two options, please reach out to our Helpdesk and we will gladly look into the issue.
